Return Policy

You can return regular and sale items within 14 days of delivery. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging, and in resalable condition.

If items are not in proper condition, AAPrice may reject the return or charge a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, including gift cards. For exchanges, you need to return the item and place a new order separately.

You must emailAAPrice.help@gmail.com to get a return authorization number before returning the item, and write it on the package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and AAPrice is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Using tracked shipping is recommended.

Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after arrival, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. If an item’s price drops within 7 days of purchase, you can request a refund of the difference (only once per item, and only if it’s still available in the same style and size). Coupons cannot be applied after purchase.
